The GBA version of Alien Hominid was planned to release in the US according to an old blog post, it never ended up releasing in the region most likely due to the DS being out for a few years at that point

As of September 27th 2025 Alien Hominid has the most ports and releases out of all of The Behemoth's games with 15 different releases in total (not including Invasion as it's a different game entirely)

The minigame PDA games was actually the main inspiration for Battleblock Theater, the song that plays in PDA games even has a chance at playing in Battleblock Theater during (non boss) levels

There is a Simplified Chinese version of the Alien Hominid logo that appears on the Chinese version of the games currnet website
